CML’s Ongoing Commitment to Employee Wellness: Emotion and Stress Management Seminar   October marks International Breast Cancer Awareness Month, with breast cancer ranking as the leading cancer among women in Taiwan for many years. In addition to dietary and environmental factors, emotional well-being and stress levels significantly impact overall health. Chronic stress and negative emotions can disrupt the endocrine and immune systems, affecting the body’s normal functions and increasing health risks for both men and women. CML places great importance on the mental and emotional health of our employees. To support our team, we organized an "Emotion and Stress Management" seminar led by a professional psychologist. This seminar aims to provide practical techniques for relieving stress and achieving emotional balance, helping our team maintain well-being amidst daily demands. This seminar is part of our ongoing efforts to care for our employees&＃39; health and exemplifies our commitment to fostering a supportive work environment. Through these initiatives, we strive for every team member to enjoy a healthier state of mind and body, joining CML on a journey toward a brighter future.  

CML Talent Development Program — Employees Participate in the 2024 Caterpillar China Dealer A-Lead Leadership Program   At CML, we are committed to the professional growth and development of our employees, actively engaging in international leadership training programs. This year, we are proud to have two outstanding representatives, Wu Yu-Sheng and Wang Bo-Han, participate in the 2024 Caterpillar China Dealer A-Lead Leadership Program, which successfully concluded on September 13th after a six-month journey. The training covered a wide range of topics, including agile management, business and financial insights, innovation, and high-performance team leadership. From Shunde to Kunshan, and finally to Chengdu, our employees joined 20 other dealer partners from China in group discussions, industry visits, and project seminars, gaining practical experience and enhancing their leadership and professional skills. At CML, we firmly believe that our employees are the driving force behind the company’s success. Through these training programs, we not only strengthen their expertise but also ensure that we continue to provide higher-quality services to our customers, thereby boosting our overall competitiveness.
